Salberg
have managed the installation and refurbishment of 3 restaurant projects in Central London. This role included the detailed
planning and council negotiations which were required to successfully obtain the necessary planning permissions prior to project
development.
Salberg appointed the specialist teams of restaurant
designers, and engineers required for restaurant installations whilst overseeing the costs of development, programme of construction
and dealing with the council and neighbour matters.
